I called Pep Guys and was put on hold too long and hung up. Then call the Tire+ guys, I asked the girl that answered if they had my tire size, she proceeded to run the script the company programmed into her, asking for my personal info first. I said I just need to know if you have my tire size in stock before I give you my info. That was too much and short circuited her programming, so she put me on hold, so I hung up. Called Mavis, the man introduced himself as Robert, gave him the tire size, had 2 in stock, drove over the were installed in about 30 min. Nice to deal with experienced people, no fuss, A++
