The manager Jessica is incredibly kind and the entire staff is both professional and courteous. It really shows that they take pride in their work! - CCChristina ConollyNov 5, 20251.0They damaged our car and we will never go back! When we went to pick up our vehicle after routine inspection, there was clear damage to the passenger side mirror. The mirror had been folded inward and there was a clear series of scratches on it (as if it had been hit into something). We immediately spoke to the manger(Bobby) who had to “check the cameras” and “discuss it with the regional manager”. After almost 2 weeks, of Bobby telling us he had to talk to his manager (who is always out of town or unavailable), we have had no resolution other than them telling us they didn’t see anything happen. This is my son’s vehicle. He works hard to take care of his car. All we wanted was for Mavis to refund the amount my son spent on the service he got. The refund means a whole lot more to a hard-working teenager than to a multi-billion dollar company. We are now escalating this to file a police report since the company doesn’t want to own up to their mistake.
