Pick up time arrives and no one shows. Call and they haven't sent anyone. Apparently the driver shows up and just sits in front of the house for five minutes and doesn't call. Finally arrive at the office. My vehicle is at some repair shop, so they have to send someone to go pick it up. Another 20 minute wait. 830 AM pick up and no vehicle until 10:00 AM Terrible organization by the office.

- EMElis MukajDec 5, 20251.0I was supposed to get a SUV here after i dropped off my car to get it repaired, and they gave me a small car, the girl was checking the outside of the car with me and never opened the inside of the car, she tried to walk away. I opened the garage and there was throw up on the carpet and stained sitting. I tried to show her and she was arguing that it wasn't throw up. I ended up taking the car because I was out of options. I had to get to work. Here is pictures of how horrible this is.
