  walked in without calling around 2:00 by 4:00 my rear window was replaced and I was ready to go for $150 less than Safelite quoted me I really do appreciate it!

  When I first called I spoke to Haley about a windshield for a 17 Subaru Forester. She gave me a price I was totally shocked. Called the next day to verify the price and spoke to Bill. Needed a certain kind of windshield for the car and Bill gave me the same price. Took the car to replace the windshield I was in and out within 90 minutes. Just wanted to say Thank You and are very knowledgeable people. Wouldn’t think twice about using them again if I had a problem Thank You

  All I can say is that I found an Auto Glass shop for when I need it! It feels like finding your dentist or another business that you stick with! Bill and the staff are super nice and knowledgeable. The shop and waiting area are clean and professional. Thank you so much!

  I had a windshield replaced at my home by this company that developed an edge stress crack shortly after installation. The company initially acknowledged it as a warranty issue and scheduled an on-site replacement, but the appointment was canceled because they said the replacement glass arrived damaged. After that, I was repeatedly told they were still working on sourcing an undamaged replacement, but communication became very inconsistent. Follow-ups were missed, and no firm replacement date was ever provided despite multiple emails and phone calls. Ultimately, the warranty replacement was never completed, and I had to resolve the matter through my credit card company. The issue itself seemed straightforward, but the lack of follow-through and communication made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.
