  I have been going to this Monroe location for several years and have never had such a negative experience before. It most likely had to do with the fact that Mary Ann was not there on the day I came in last week. The manager that day was Aris Haliday and I have never encountered such a rude and miserable individual in my life. I asked them to rotate my tires with my oil change, which is a complimentary service that Monroe offers. Not only did they fail to rotate my tires, but they also charged me for topping off my fluids which were almost empty after checking them. Aris was extremely impolite upon calling back to confront them about these facts and lied about measuring the tread depth on my tires. Monroe should give Mary Ann a raise and fire Aris immediately, as he should not be a representation for Monroe’s business operations.

  I booked appointment for oil change, tire rotation and engine fluid check/change. The transmission fluid was not completed as the manager said they didn't want to cause a problem since my husband mentioned a slight roughness in the down shift on first gear. Dropped my car off Thursday afternoon and service wasn't completed until Monday morning. No update calls in regards to delay or a service not being performed. Since Mary left customer service is lacking

  I stopped by monro Auto Service to fix a nail in my tire and was charged about $27 for a simple repair. While the price itself felt a bit high, the bigger issue was the customer service. The front desk employee had a very rude attitude and spoke with no respect. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic professionalism. A simple tire repair shouldn’t come with bad treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. Customer service needs serious improvement.

  Took my car to the Warminster location on a Saturday to get an alternator replaced, I called on Monday was told they were working on it, it should be done by the end of the day...it's now 6:30 they close at 7pm no phone call, I call them unfortunately we didn't finish we will have it done tomorrow...I didn't bother to call because they said they would have it done but it's now 6:30 again with no communication, called them and it's not finished. My father goes to the place on Wednesday afternoon and was told Tires and Oil changes take priority and they haven't even taken my old alternator out yet..when my dad questioned the man behind the counter he was rude and told him to leave the store. We contacted corporate, they said they would call us back to give us an update after they spoke to the mechanic, we received no such phone call..I called them again on Thursday and they said they tried calling to tell me my car was ready but couldn't reach anyone, I had no missed call or voicemail. Im from out of town I live in Scranton, I had to miss 3 days of work, was not very happy with all the money I lost...would have like to have been told they weren't equipped to do the job from the start and would have taken it else where, very disappointed and would not recommend this place for even the smallest repair
