  I had a really good experience with the team at Gerber. Gwen at the front desk helped get everything set up and kept things moving smoothly from the start, and Dakota, the estimator, did a nice job explaining the work at a high level. Frank, the general manager, was incredibly and made the whole process straightforward and painless. Definitely will be returning if/when work is needed again. As good an experience as you could have at the mechanic!

  Shout out to the team at Gerber! Everyone was great and helpful! Gwen at the front desk started it all; she helped navigate through two jobs: one through insurance and one personal. Dakota, the estimator, was very thorough in explaining the work to be done. The general manager, Frank, was exceptional in helping work through the work and pricing. He could not have been better! Great communication on work progress that was done on time! I'll be back should I ever need more work done.

  Told me it would take up to three weeks for my repairs. Kept my car for two months and when I was finally able to pick it up THE WINDOW DIDN’T WORK. They did emergency repairs and the next morning THE WINDOW DIDN’T WORK. Their incompetency is rivaled only by their lack of honesty. I went there because my insurance pushed me to them. If I ever need collision services again I will push back much harder.

  Gerber Collision & Glass Verona really helped us get through a tough time after we had an accident on RT 376 coming to PGH from Johnstown in early Feb. Black ice. Collision with the guardrail. Damage was extensive. Gerber helped us get through the process working with insurance. The team there gave us a quick and fair estimate of the damage and assisted us with the decision on how to move forward. Great staff. Great conversations and advice. I would use again, but hope we don't have another wreck!!

  Did nice repair work buuuut if you want to get your vehicle back literally weeks, don't go here. I feel bad for the insurance companies that they rip off for the over pricing of estimated quotes. I've had worse damage done to my vehicle in the past and gotten it back in a third of the time these guys took for the most minimum amount of cosmetic damage I've ever seen. Recommend getting a quote elsewhere and save yourself some time.
