    Been renting from the Verona location in Pittsburgh pa for 7 months non stop... had a issue with my credit card that I didn't know of and they threaten to put me on the "do not rent" list!!!! The assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional! If u need a rental car do not use them. Better off getting a bike instead of using them.

    Quick service, reasonable prices. Sometimes difficult to rent one-way cars here, but since I booked mine months in advance I didn’t have any issues.

    Rented an Audi Q3 here for a drive up to Buffalo. Was going great until I got on 28 and the engine started overheating once I got past 55 MPH. I was annoyed and limped the car back, but Enterprise did more than enough to compensate. Obviously not thrilled about being given a lemon to start, but I understand these things happen and the way they handled it made me more likely to choose Enterprise in the future. Any car rental service could accidentally give you a car that's a liability - taking responsibility and going above and beyond to make things right is a rarity. I accepted the replacement and had an uneventful trip up and back, as expected.
