They explained the features of the car for me since I had never driven that particular type of car before. I was having trouble finding a ride and they even took the time to give me a ride home, during rush hour I might add, when I returned my rental. That was above and beyond and I really appreciated it. This was at the Verona Enterprise. I will definitely get my next rental car there.
