  Nearly the beginning of the month in April, I was notified by my job that I had to be at a training event which caught me off guard and I really needed a ride. I contacted Enterprise Rental and the process was very fast and the staff were professional, I was in and out with no problems, I will definitely choose Enterprise again for my transportation needs when necessary, I suggest everyone to try them out for exceptional service, thanks again Enterprise.

  I’ve gone to this enterprise faithfully to rent cars from 2022-2024. I stopped doing business here due to the previous manger, Shane and his unprofessional customer. I even sent a detailed email regarding my concerns & never received any follow up after being harassed. Fast forward to 2025, I returned after seeing it was under new management. Yet again disappointed! It’s like they don’t care for quality customer service! The car wasn’t clean! When I returned I needed a ride home and was not accommodated! Will not be returning!

  I rented a car from this location and had a very frustrating experience that others should be aware of. I was not clearly informed that prepaying for gas was optional. The representative initially told me to return the car with the same gas level, then after reviewing the charges said, “Oh never mind, you prepaid for gas,” and told me I could bring it back empty. That lack of clarity felt misleading. I had been renewing my rental weekly while my personal vehicle is being repaired (I’m a hospice nurse, so reliable transportation is essential). When I went to renew again after filling the tank, I was only allowed to extend for two days. After checking online, I saw the weekly rate had suddenly increased by about $100, not a small change. When I called to clarify, I was told rentals are limited to 30 days, but I could come in and rewrite the contract, at the new, higher price. So essentially, because I was consistently paying and extending, I would be forced into a price increase. That didn’t sit right with me at all. To make matters worse, I lost about $50 in gas because the prepaid fuel wasn’t refunded. Overall, this felt like a lack of transparency and fairness. I won’t be renting from here again, and I would caution others to ask very detailed questions about fuel charges, rental limits, and pricing changes before committing.
