THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, I DRIVEN ALL THE WAY TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE TO GET OIL THAT THEY STATED WAS AVAILABLE IN STORE ON THE WEBSITE, THEY DIDN’T HAVE IT, INSTEAD OF BEING GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE AND HONORING THE PRICE PROMOTED ON THE SITE, THEY SOLD ME LESS OIL FOR A HIGHER PRICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE, THE INDIAN SELLS REP TRIED TO SELL ME OIL THAT WASN’T EVEN THE RIGHT KIND FOR MY CAR, AND IF I DID’NT KNOW ANY BETTER AND PURCHASED WHAT WE RECOMMENDED IT WOULD HAVE DESTROYED MY ENGINE.

And left me on hold for about 3 minutes. Someone finally picked up and asked me how they can help me. I explained I'm calling for availability and they immediately interrupted me telling me that I need to hold for whoever put me on hold. I waited about 5 more minutes before hanging up. Service like this is completely unacceptable! During the very brief times I was connected I also heard their store burglar alarm sounding off over the phone. This call was placed at 3:10pm on Tuesday Dec 9th
