    They don’t guarantee cargo vans, so I will never rent from here! When I made a reservation last week for a cargo van, I thought I was reserving for a cargo van but instead my reservation got switched to a 16’ box truck, which is too huge for what I need the van for. And also, I just don’t want to drive a box truck. So, at that time I just went online and canceled it. Today, I called and asked the lady if there was a Penske location that guaranteed cargo vans and she said that there weren’t any locations that can guarantee reservations for a cargo van. So, I then told her that I can’t use their services. It just amazes me that Penske a national chain don’t have enough availability of cargo vans to guarantee a customer’s reservation, especially if I’m trying to make it a week in advance. Like, enterprise and the other truck rental or rental car locations don’t say we can’t guarantee a particular size vehicle when a customer makes reservations well in advance. I can see if it’s a last minute or same day reservation but this is not the case here. So, I’m just disappointed in this service!
