  I have to first start off with saying this place.Shows the meaning of service excellence! From the original phone call that I made to them, Doug and his staff took full accountability control of logistics. Interaction in virtual video estimate with the insurance company. For me, on my behalf. Discussed concerns and came up with Proper plan of action foresaid concerns, extremely professional!!! NOW, FOR THE PART THAT YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE.SO I'M PUTTING IT IN CAPS! AFTER THE REPAIR WAS DONE, AND MY VEHICLE WAS BEING MOVED FOR ALIGNMENT, AND MIND YOU, MY VEHICLE IS 13 YEARS OLD. THE BRAKE LINES WENT OUT, WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACCIDENT. AND STEWART'S COLLISION, BECAUSE IT HAPPENED ON THEIR WATCH. ATE THE BILL FOR THE REPAIR TO MY BRAKES, AND FIX THEM BEFORE YOU EVEN TOLD ME ABOUT IT. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME AT NO COST TO ME. SO INSTEAD OF GOUGING ME FOR MY BUSINESS NOW, HE HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS FOR A LIFETIME.I VERY, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO CALL.DOUG AND HIS STAFF AND HAVE THEM.TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE.
