They were very prompt and quick to install. Candy called me as soon as my vehicle was ready. Which was sooner than expected. She took her time and explained everything to me and made it very simple. They're very highly rated by me

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. If you get a violation for not setting in your car for 3 to 5 minutes after you shut the car off and if the machine asks for to blow into it that's a violation. If you are broken down on the highway with a dead battery or if you have work done on your car and the terminal to the battery is disconnected and you don't call to have your car put on vehicle maintenance mode that's a violation. Each violation cost you cost you 115 total . Why should the machine ask for to blow into if your car is shut off? Well I can't get a answer but it does... I don't mind paying what they charge to have the machine. All these violations has costed me over a extra 1200 and I have until February. You can disbute the charges but they have you and they know it. I have turned this company into the Pennsylvania attorney general office for charging all these extra charges it is that bad. They are overseas towel heads who can't talk good English. I hate this company please find another company that does this service. I hope I have helped someone who reads this money.. another thing do not give them your bank account credit card or checking account. Open a account with PayPal, cash app, Venmo and use that card to pay for the service. If you give them your bank account credit card or debit card they take their money out when you least expect it to happen. This way you can control when they get paid........ No one has reached out to me. Cause this is how this company makes it's money by getting you with violations and I am not talking about having alcohol on your breath. If you don't set in your car while the timer on your hand held device counts down to zero the device can ask for a breath even when the car is off and the keys are out of the ignition. Believe me that device knows why that car is getting ready to be shut off. Cause when you slow down and put the car in park the thing will go off.

Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock

How does an interlock device work?

An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance. What is the cost of an ignition interlock device?
