WE HAD A APPT FOR 6.23.25 AND HAD TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET RIDES TO WORK AND CALL ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR , WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED HER SHE STATED WE DID NOT HAVE A APPT. HE DID NOT JUST MAKE UP THAT DATE FROM NO WHERE.... WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO HER SHE JUST TALKED LOUDLY OVER ME AND HUNG UP ON ME... NEVER EVER DID I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN IT WAS JOHNNY MOCK AUTO BODY. I WILL NOT USE THEM NOW OR IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF KRISTEN AND HER NOT KNOWING HOW TO DO HER JOB. THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING UNDERSTANDING WHEN SOMEONE IS HAVING A HARD TIME AND IS UNDER STRESS AFTER BEING HIT AND RUN . AFTER BEING TREATED SO BADLY FROM KRISTEN I CALLED COCHRAN COLLISON CENTER WHO GOT US IN RIGHT AWAY AND WAS HAPPY TO HELP WITH ALL OUR NEEDS, AND AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS I SEE KRISTEN HAS MESSED UP HER BOOKS FOR OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL SHE NEEDS TO GO TO SCHOOL FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SHOULD CHANGE HER PERFESSION.
