  In August 2023, there was some damage to my passenger side mirror. Upon submitting my claim, my insurance company directed me to Gerber to get an estimate on my repair. I forget the tech's name but at the conclusion of his inspection he stated that I would need a new mirror assembly, and he quoted me at $525, which was less expensive than the dealership, so I agreed to go ahead with the repair. The tech also stated that he would need to keep the car overnight. Now I was a little concerned with this news so I asked "How long does it take to install a new outside mirror on a 2019 Camry? He said several hours and he wasn't sure if he could complete the job in one day. So I said that's fine, just order the mirror then. So several months went by and I hadn't heard from Gerber, so I gave the shop a call in February or March of 2024 and asked about the status of my mirror order. The office rep apologetically stated that the mirror had not been ordered to date and she did confirm that my repair request was in their system. I declined their service and asked them to return any monies they received from my insurance company back to them. Long story short, I ordered an OEM mirror from Amazon, watched a DIY mirror installation video on youtube that was specific to make/model/year of my car, and had the mirror installed in AN HOUR!!!!! While my car was parked in my driveway. The mirror works great and cost me only $200! I'll let you readers connect the dots.

  Shoddy repair; paint doesn't match, wiring harnesses not connected and rewired incorrectly. Additionally, they didn't do anything they stated they would do when they did the original estimate.

  Very professional and communicative. They fixed my grille, bumper, hood, and headlights, and my car looks as good as new.

  They did an excellent job. Customer service was prompt and courteous. They kept me updated and finished service before estimated date.
