  Excellent service by Krista and the team at Tunkhannock Valvoline! Only issue was that my military discount was not applied; however, the Valvoline Service Center reimbursed my card.

  Matt M was very professional, he explained everything to me and the things that were needed in addition to my oil change and didn't pressure me to spend extra on other things besides oil change. He explained to me how to reset oil change on my vehicle which I didn't know how to do . He also explained to me the sticker that is on the windshield to use the date by and not the mileage of when to get the oil change in my car as I had a message on my dash for a oil change but I didn't know it needed to be changed because I hadn't reached the suggested mileage amount. Thanks again for your professional and not trying to take advantage of a WOMAN who knew NOTHING about the oil change, I didn't even know how to pop the hood in my car and he had to do that too. My husband usually takes care of car things but he has been busy with work so I finally had to come today when the message popped up on my dash. Matt M deserves more money for his professional and polite manner. THANK YOU 😊

  The most nicest people there
