There was no sign of my car being pulled in the bay so I contacted the person who checked me in. He said I was told when I brought the car in that it will be a while. I said no you did not tell me that when I came in. He said I was told on the phone when I made an appointment. I did not make an appointment on phone. Essentially scheduling the appointment with these guys is meaningless.
