First they told us it would be ready around 11. So we called at 11 to get an update. Couldn’t give us any information as to why it was delayed but said it would be ready by 1:30. Wouldn’t a decent customer service associate explain why it’s taking so long?? Also, they put the sticker on the window but didn’t write anything on it as to approximately what date or how many miles to get another oil change. What’s the point of putting the sticker in someone’s car if you don’t write the reminder for when they are suppose to come back? Through these frustrations we complained to our neighbors about Mavis & come to realize, they also have had issues at this location. What the hell guys? Maybe the new one in Macungie is ran better. Maybe we should find someone else.
