    Excellent service! This is my third time here and I will continue to come to this location for all my vehicle needs as well as recommended friends. Berto and Clayton were both extremely helpful, reasonable and friendly. Inspection was relatively cheap - I paid $75 last year elsewhere and here it was ~$43 after taxes. I had to get a couple of things fixed and they were able to get the parts ordered, have them arrive, and install them all within ~3 hours.

    I have been coming here for service on my vehicle for a while, and the one thing they struggle with is communication with their customers, and time management. I went here to get a tire plugged. I did understand that it was before the storm and they were busy, and I was willing to wait. I dropped my car off at 3pm on Friday. The following morning, I called to see if they had finished with the car, but they hadn't started yet. About four hours later, I called again to see what the progress was. I was told they couldn't do anything, and that I needed four new tires (I had just replaced all four tires about a year and a half ago, and rotated a few months prior to the visit.) I explained this to them, telling them my treads were perfectly fine, but they insisted I needed new ones. I declined, and told them I was taking it elsewhere. When I arrived about 45 minutes later, my car was on one of the lifts with the hood open. (All i wanted was a tire fixed). Another customer had been waiting in the lobby for 5.5hours just to be told they couldn't work on her car as well. I took my car to mavis (partner store), and they had sold me one tire and I was out in 30 minutes.
