  Truly wonderful experience buying a Volvo at the Faulkner dealership! Andrew Murdza (the sales person) went above and beyond all I could have imagined to help me buy the car I wanted. He stayed late beyond the hours, answered all my questions extremely well, and he still answered texts the following day when he was on a trip to Mexico! He was personable, professional, and courteous. Spenser, the finance manager, was also wonderful and ultra-helpful. Go buy your car at Faulkner Volvo!

  Just took an XC90 for a spin to see how it handles and drives. I guess paying for safety and a name is quite the expense; it should be spent on giving more to the customer in the options for the price.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience felt worth sharing. I had a genuinely great experience purchasing my Volvo here. Andrew was incredibly easy to work with! No pressure, clear communication, and he made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish. He's also been accessible and kind post-sale when needed, super responsive! What really stood out, though, was the service after the sale. When an issue came up, their team handled it right away and even provided door-to-door service, which made everything so convenient and stress-free for this single Mom. Their level of care, communication, and follow-through is rare. It’s clear they truly care about their customers beyond just the sale, and that meant a lot to me. I would absolutely recommend Andrew, Mark, Jeff, and the whole dealership. Not sure I'll buy another car anywhere else!
