  We bought a 2022 CPO XC60 in Denim Blue Metallic with Charcoal City Weave interior from Andrew. We interior is so unique and we love the car as well as the sales & service experience. I highly recommend Faulkner Volvo Cars Trevose.

  Mark is wonderful and is great for customer service. Always so helpful and always goes over and beyond to make sure customer is happy. Need more like him.

  I have been going there for many years now and I have always found them to be helpful and caring last year. I had a major problem with my car and I was so glad that I made the right choice to let them fix it and it has been driving perfect like it was brand new.

  Original: This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had working with any company. The salesperson lied for no reason and misrepresented what came included with the car as the paperwork was already being signed. Working with the service team was a nightmare and literally drove me crazy. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and wasted both their time and mine. They keep saying all the right things, and keep saying how Faulker is a good company that you can trust, but at the end of the day there was no productive result. They offered a few things that were convenient, but ultimately just wasted $10k. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money and just go somewhere else. In addition: The company response to this review is interesting considering how I had already waited several business days after explaining the situation in person and providing my contact info (which I was told they already have anyways) to a manager and being told that another manager would reach out to go over what they could do to help make my experience better. Nobody reached out. It has also now become apparent that they did not follow through with their offer to try to address the salesperson's lie, and that offer was just another lie. Clearly the company does not care about making the situation right in any aspect and is still just talk with no results. Even the Volvo customer care team did not reach out to me to follow up on the case that was opened, and I'm thinking it's likely due to the dealership closing the case without my knowledge. Still overall an absolutely horrible experience with this team.
