I want to be clear that this review is only for the Trevose location. I normally rent from Enterprise and have never had issues before.
I had purchased a new car at the Toyota dealership next door and was returning my rental after two weeks. The car was rented from another Enterprise branch, but I was told it was fine to return it here. Since I was cutting it close to their closing time, I called ahead and was assured that people often leave rentals at the dealership and Enterprise would pick them up the next morning.
I dropped the car off Monday evening with a full tank of gas and handed the keys to the dealership’s service department. To my surprise, I didn’t receive a receipt until Wednesday morning. The Trevose location documented the car as being returned Wednesday and claimed it had half a tank of gas. Thankfully, when I was signing all my new car paperworl I had asked the dealership for documentation showing I left the car Monday night with a full tank, so I had proof of Monday evening with the full tank of gas.
I could have understood being charged until Tuesday morning since it was dropped off after hours, but two extra days and a false fuel report is unacceptable.
The reciept came from the original branch where I rented the car. I called and they immediately believed me and refunded the difference without even requiring proof. As always, no problem with Enterprise overall but check your paperwork closely because the Trevose location will try to charge you extra.

be careful with this office. I was renting due to car accident. I was looking for economy vehicle since insurance only covers $1000 which normally is OK for 30 days. They rented me expensive vehicle for $80 per day instead of $40 per day so funds only lasted for 2 weeks or 3 weeks rental and I had to pay $1150 out of pocket for 2rd week. I tried a few times to re-rent a smaller car but they would snob me saying it's only a few dollars per day difference. Avoid this office as they are going to rip you off in addition to being snobbish and arrogant. Look for another enterprise office who would be willing to rent you the car you wanted rather then what they want you to rent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service! Spoke with the mgr twice that week to confirm my reservation. Got there and My veh I reserved was not there. The guy tried to give me a smaller vehicle, and when I refused, laughed at me like I was a joke. It was so unprofessional. He went back and forth with me about the time I booked my reservation and what I considered to be comfortable for me. And stated he couldn’t give me a bigger car for free.. He did nothing to try to find me a replacement. Until I asked him to call another location. I’d never choose this location as long as hes the mgr. he’s unprofessional and rude. He should not be in a leadership role for any company!
