    Glen was amazing! Very accommodating and made the whole experience seamless.He accommodated my requests and went above and beyond to honor any changes I requested. The car was great! Immaculate. Smelled great! This Enterprise will be my permanent go-to as I will be a frequent renter due to my job!

    The WORST rental experience ever, DO NOT EVER GO HERE. This location picked me up from the body shop in a vehicle that was recently involved in an accident, and they wanted to give it to me as my rental ( with parts of the rear door hanging off ). When i told them I don't think so, vehicle #2 was old, beat up, dirty, and unacceptable as well. Option 3 was equally as dirty. I asked the manager Greg Shelton, if he would help me get into something clean, and newer, etc. and he said i could choose another vehicle, but all they had were cars that looked like they were just picked up at an auction, all beat up, and dirty. I said I'm not renting one of those, and he said " we'll then I can't help you ". I said " should i just get an Uber and go home, to which he replied, yes.
