  This was the worst car service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t give 2 stars, but if it was 1-star, then I wouldn’t be writing this review, and to be fair, the tire techs were friendly and did give a small discount for this unfortunate event. Services performed: New set of tires installed, with balance & alignment. Yes, I would say the prices ‘might’ have been fair/reasonable, but outside of the tires, their were things done for extra money that should have been automatically a part of the overall deal. More importantly, I’m most upset that I was given 3 different prices for the same services, and it kept getting more expensive. Don’t these guys know how to keep their records straight or mark notes to keep consistent & reliable information given to the customers? Perhaps you should update your systems to a more efficient & updated operating system, to smooth things over. I went to the shop on Monday & did research. Made a decision on options & made an appointment on Tuesday, for a Friday service. They seemed relatively slow at the time, if not slightly bored. Come on Friday @ 2pm and were busy at a healthy pace, so it seemed, but much to my surprise, they claim to be under-staffed & slow. I had people come & go after I had arrived, and yet I’m still waiting around. They didn’t get done with my service until 6:30pm!…closing time. Yes, they didn’t get done give me a discount for waiting, but it should have been a $50 discount per hour, for wasting my time. Killed the day. I get my truck back, turn it on, and automatically it has new ‘warning’ lights on the dashboard that were never there before. They have the nerve to ask me if that was there before I drove to the shop. Your techs drove it in, checked out my overall condition, and drove it back out…you should have easily known by now if there was anything that had changed with my vehicle. Turns out, both of my front tire sensors were malfunctioning. They wanted to charge me to fix those sensors, even it’s brand new tires & it’s Mavis tires of their own brand. I shouldn’t have to pay for this sort of thing in brand new tires THEY gave me, and from their own company. Now outside of that, once done & gone home. Guess what?! My vehicle sounded different & felt different. The ride wasn’t very smooth and the whole thing sounded like a loud & aggressive motorcycle had taken over my vehicle, which there was never such a symptom to have occurred before or be a build up to this point in time. I end up taking my vehicle to another trusted mechanic that I’ve relied on for my years, and as it turns out, Mavis didn’t do a great job of balancing my tires, not horrible, but not great either. More importantly, that loud motorcycle noise turned out to be my muffler supports had broken off or parts of it just disappeared, and causing the loud noise. Grant, these parts had been pretty worn out & rusty yes, but the timing of this is awfully & strongly coincidental to my visit with Mavis. *raised & suspicious eyebrow* Will I recommend people to use Mavis discount tire shop?!…NO!…at least NOT the one is Wysox, PA.

  Walked in off the street with a tire going flat. Fast, friendly service. Haven't gotten the bill yet but so far very happy!

  Stop by again with a flat tire got me right in and all it was a valve core they are professional and courteous and great people to talk with will recommend 10/10

  They were super nice and accommodating on a busy Sunday morning! Waited while the work is being done and the area was convenient with its WiFi, outlets, and desk area. I was even able to get some work done! Thank you!
