- HHHeatherJan 16, 20264.0The service I received at place of business was amazing! I got in right on time for my same day appointment and the wait time was not long. I was cashed out on on my way in about 30 to 40 mins. I received a detailed list of what they checked on my car for inspection and they were very polite ,good customer service! HOWEVER...... The service I received in the phone making the appointment would receive 0 stars!!! They made me an appointment for a location that was on an administrative stop and were not able to do inspections!! I even asked 2 or 3 times for her to make sure about location due to fact I just had received a call saying the 1st appt that was made could not do inspections either. I went to the 1st appointment and had to make 2nd appointment in different location in next city for later that same day.. I was glad to get it same day however I missed a whole day of work and money instead of half due to this. Not pleased!!

The second day it was taken down the guy coped an attitude saying my husband was too early when he got there 9 minutes before the 10 o'clock appointment. Will definitely not be taking my vehicles here again. (After I make sure the alignment is right) Had problems before and thought we would give Monro a second chance.
