Instead of helping, the salesman insisted it couldn’t be repaired and didn’t even attempt a patch—it was obvious he was just pushing to sell a new tire. Since it was a snowy weekend and I was in a tough spot, I felt forced to buy the new tire. I wouldn't recommend this place; they seem more interested in "robbing" customers than providing honest service.

They were able to get me started and finished promptly. However the building does not have a working bathroom and talking to the gentleman, that has been a known issue for a YEAR!!! This is unacceptable. I had my 10mo old daughter with me and after checking in, I had to put my daughter back in the car and find a bathroom delaying the techs from getting started on my vehicle. Huge issue for us as it’s winter. The manager and service advisor apologized profusely. Not there fault. Imagine working in a building and not having a decent bathroom to relieve yourself. The district, regional and trrritory manager should be ashamed of themsrr we lived for this.
