  We had such excellent service here! We brought my mom’s car because she was having issues with her AC. Cayden and Kenny (I believe it was his name but could be wrong sorry!) took care of us right away. They gave incredible customer service- even gave us some cold water while we waited for the car to get serviced. It was a great experience and the manager Louie was also extremely helpful! Come here if you’re needing your car to be serviced :)

  i'm a girl and men have no idea how uncomfortable it is to have to sit in a small waiting room with 5 other old men staring at you and yes they stare. i was able to sit comfortably and safely in my car while even a girl served me! made my whole day! she showed me video of my cars model, she was honest about what they could and could not do, she gave me great advice, she was so knowledgeable and so helpful. i'll definitely be going again simply for the fact i got to sit in my car and not around a bunch of creepy men. 10/10

  I like going to this valvoline because the people are always very nice, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, not pushy. I've been to other places where they are trying to get you to do something extra right then and there. But this group has always been pleasant and just offers the service if it's needed. I dont feel like I'm fighting with a used car salesman. been here at least a dozen times and I'll keep coming back, especially if I keep getting coupons

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I have paid more money there opposed to other shops. I have had various oil changes done there over the last year. Here is the lesson I learned at the expense of possible losing my car. : According to manager Andy who came to my place to look at the car " we only do oil charges we aren't looking for other issues". Well I had a huge issue that they never saw or were they expected to see. When you look at the top of the car to do an oil change it had oil all over the car engine. Did any one say .... You might have something wrong with your car. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! So, if they did I could have gotten it fixed . However, after a month it became a gigantic enormous problem because now oil is throughout the entire engine and my car is ruined!!!! I took my car to another shop to get an oil change and they made it clear my car had too much oil in it when they did my oil change and I must call Valvoline. How is that possible ?? SMH ! Well, in my distress I made a mistake, I told Andy I was looking for a job. He said " because you don't have a job you expect us to fix your car ?? ". No, just come take a look. And, if they only told me something was wrong I could have gotten it fixed. He again made it clear we did our job! He is right they won't go the extra mile if they see something else is wrong !!! It doesn't exist ! They did an oil change only. Solution: Do not go there !!!! Go to get your oil changed somewhere they will say something if they see something. Go where they lift the car up and look at it during an oil change . Lastly, they will have compassion for their elderly customers and not make fun of a disadvantage person. I left Andy's presence in tears.....
