- CTcynthia thomasNov 14, 20255.0I was so touched by the kindness and fairness of JR. I had my tires rotated and balanced the day before in New Jersey. I was driving about an hour yesterday when my tire pressure light went on. Being an older woman, feeling very vulnerable after being taken advantage of by different mechanics, I knowing nothing about cars, it was scary. My bro looked up and found this place, which was four minutes away. I went there, my four tires were checked out and the only thing wrong was three tires had 25 pounds pressure and one had 19. (Tell me WHY that wasn’t noticed the day before?) I was so relieved and later astonished that they did not charge me for checking. While waiting, JR was talking to another customer on the phone who thought she needed her tires aligned after an oil change. Most places would totally agree and charge for it. JR said he felt she didn’t need it, but he’d be glad to do it if she wanted. He was not trying to take advantage of her which I appreciated. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go here all the time for any matter with the car. Fair honest, very kind, friendly, etc. Highly recommend and thank you men, for your fairness and honesty.

Genuinely awful experience, went off the reviews saying they were honest mechanics who didn’t charge for what I didn’t need, which was absolutely not the case. They tried tacking on services that my car absolutely did NOT need (Requested a whole mirror replacement when all it needed was a $20 turn indicator! What a joke!). Totaled up to a $2000 quote for what would regularly be a $500 repair… just don’t even bother. 👎
