  I had a really bad experience on January 1 and I needed help with getting a car and Ted’s used cars and East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania really really helped me out. D was wonderful. Brandon was wonderful and I got the opportunity to drive off the lot with a nice vehicle convenient for me while my other vehicle is in the repair shop thank you D thank you Brandon for everything that you’ve done Wonderful experience .

  Me and wife are expecting our first child and we wanted an SUV and we came here and Brandon was so wonderful and helpful with getting us into an SUV definitely will be coming back. My wife is an also a previous customer for the past two years with Brandon and everything has definitely meet my expectations. ❤️🧑‍🧑‍🧒

  I would never recommend teds used cars to anyone.i got one the first time changing oil my son calls me tells me to take it back there's metal shavings in the oil.i call teds about it they tell me to take it to the garage down there I do after hrs after my app time they finally take it into the garage the gut comes out not even 10 min later days when did u change the oil I said last wk he said well then there's no reason for me to change it he goes I didn't see no metal shavings in it .how could you see if you didn't change it and pulling the dip stick out and looking at it is gonna show anything damn dipstick.then I called a month later said my car was going all over the road this car is a death trap you can be driving down the road and all of a sudden it go to the left or right out of know where nothing done.so I decided to give it back I paid a wk ahead on my car payment I have proof from my bank and from my car insurance for when I dropped the insurance I get a letter from them saying they reposses it for non payment when I have proof from my bank it was paid a wk ahead cause when I called them directly told them I was bringing it back I asked if I'd get that payment back she said no.so I called my lawyer about their letter he said if they put on my credit it was reposted we are going after them.i forget the word he used .cause I have all documents it was paid a wk ahead.dont buy a car from there .when I had my car at their garage a woman had her vehicle there that she got the wk before and they didn't even know how to fix hers she left.plus the one guy in the office said when they sell cars under a certain amount they don't check them apparently they don't or they would of notice a headlight was out when I got it the check engine light come on a wk after and never went out .you will regret getting from them .beware.and I'm also reporting them to BBB if they put on my credit a repo.save yourself the nightmare don't buy from them.

  I went on the website like any normal person would to look at their inventory. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for and filled out the application. Not even 5 minutes later I was getting calls and text from them. I spoke with the manager Dee and she managed to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted. They’re not lying on that big sign they have when you turn into their lot saying “ bring your last paystub and leave with a car” (or something like that) I’m happy with the car payment and everything that Dee has managed to do for me. I would highly recommend them for your car needs. Their entire staff was professional and helpful even if they’re not the one helping you.
