I Used to Know how to shop at an auto parts store but it seems like all those convenient catalogs that told you the part numbers on the car you own have disappeared. One of the retail assistants was able to help me find everything I needed at a reasonable price. I'm definitely going back.

I saw her yell at another worker and am sorely disappointed in the behavior I witnessed. I feel bad for the other workers if this is the behavior she shows. I will keep coming in because Tanya, Sandy and Will were great when I came back in, however, this was unacceptable.

One was staffed by a woman on the phone who clearly couldn’t multitask or bother to help any paying customers. Another guy stood behind the counter on his phone, completely useless. Zero urgency, zero respect for customers. I waited, watched, and walked out. Never coming back. This place is a joke.
