    Picked up a vehicle on Jan 31. The desk agent was very nice but extremely overwhelmed. The vehicle was the dirtiest car I have ever rented. So much dirt that my first stop had to be a gas station just to clean the windows and headlights in order to be safe to drive. The inside has a very strong marijuana smell. I rent frequently from National/Enterprise, however never from this location. Other vehicles in the lot offered by other agencies were much more presentable. Enterprise should be ashamed of this one. The only reason for the additional star was because of the agent. Otherwise I would have rated one star

    Someone called me saying they have to cancel my reservation cause they'll be closed but I was able to book the reservation online for that time. The person on the phone would not let me talk to a manager and suggested I come back another day. They did not offer any amount of assistance to try to help me. Will not be using this service provider again.
