They even all collectively said “BYE!” at the end, which honestly made me laugh. I did end up purchasing a couple needed items (new oil cap and air filter), but I never felt pressured. They show you what needs replacing and ask if you’d like to take care of it which I really appreciate. Overall, a quick, smooth, and positive experience.
