I tried multiple times to contact the dealership, but each time I was told there was “no manager available,” and no one has ever returned my calls or voicemail. This is completely unacceptable and shows zero accountability or customer care. Save yourself the frustration and GO ELSEWHERE, clearly don’t stand behind the cars they sell.

Got an inspection video with results at 10:33 am as an after market key, I have 1 GM key so my truck is usable. Its 11:50 and still haven't gotten out of here no updates at all from Amy. Took me 30 minutes to get checked in for my appointment upon arrival. Won't be returning here again.

I just bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Stocker on 8/25/25. On 10/11/25, We went on a visit about 1 hour away. A message came on that engine overheated. And the engine light was on. It was barely over the halfway mark, then started going back down then in a while back up. This was Saturday, so on Monday, I called and was told it was out of warranty and would cost $174 to evaluate what needed repairing. I took it elsewhere and cost less to have it evaluated and several things wrong. Over $2,600 to fix. Stocker only does State inspections not mechanical and was told by a manager “That’s why we sell them so cheap”! As my grandfather used to say.. Sometimes we learn the hard way and sometimes the hard, hard, hard way”!
