  I travel frequently for work. My car that was reserved in advance was not ready. I am currently waiting for up to an hour for a vehicle. I recommend ubering instead of dealing with this place.

  Shorter, heavy set gentleman who was assisting me was unhelpful and extremely rude. Showed up two hours later than I requested for my rental reservation and was informed that they gave my car away. The gentleman asked “did you call us and let us know?” - honestly laughable considering they didn’t cancel the reservation on their end knowing they didn’t have a vehicle for me until the next day, nor did they reach out to me. Disgraceful customer service. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the National Rep.
