  I would like to say thank you to the worker at Monroe. I needed a tire fixed and I had to take my mom. And dad to the hospital. From the family Drs and they let my daughter bring the car over to get the tire without me. Ty.

  We were traveling across the state and ran into some car troubles. Of course it was in the single digits and Super bowl Sunday. So we were stressed out to say the least. Not to mention, we were traveling with our dogs, the heater wasn't working and the car was running hot/overheating. I called Ryan and his team at Monro on the way, he told us to stop on in and they would run some diagnostic tests to try and figure out what the issue was. Once there they got us right in. Did some pressure testing on the cooling system and found a leak within the radiator cap and some air within the lines. They were able to get the air out of the lines which in turn made the heat start working again! We were so grateful that not only did they help us get back on the road in such a quick manner, they were thoughtful and honest . We replaced the radiator cap and completed the rest of our journey home without any issues. Thanks so much to the crew there!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My car broke down nearby and Monro on North Atherton was the closest shop. I called ahead and they told me to bring it right over and no appointment needed. I had it towed in and was helped immediately with no wait. They checked out my car, explained the issue clearly, and were honest that the repair I needed wasn’t something they handle. When I offered to pay for their time, they wouldn’t charge me. Their kindness and honesty made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate how they treated me and highly recommend them.

  I came in here today with a valve stem problem in one tire, preventing the tire from being aired up and causing a slow leak. They got to me faster than they said they would, and it turned out to be such a simple fix that they didn't even charge me. They also checked my other tires and found/fixed the same problem on a second tire. (The pubber seal in the valve cap had worked its way out of the cap and into the valve.) I will definitely come here again!

  THEY WILL RESCHEDULE. Do not go here. Like actually. My boyfriend and I have both been here multiple times, his for new tires and I went today to get an inspection. My car only needs a safety sticker, no emission sticker. My boyfriend I went for his car once and they told him they had to reschedule. Next appt later in the week we come in and again, the guy at the front says they have to reschedule. We went one more time and he finally got it done. They’re always backed up and I don’t understand why they can’t keep their promises on the appointments set. If you don’t have time, don’t offer the appointment?? A couple days ago we went to monro to get my inspection and online they said they were open for spots but when I got there the same guy said they don’t have any room at that time. Ofc. They rescheduled for today at 3:00 PM so I go after my classes and get there, and again the lady up front says “is there any chance I could get you guys to come in at different timeee” Dude. At that point I should’ve just gone somewhere else to begin with. So I’m going somewhere else now. These people will absolutely lose all of their customers if they continue to act like this. By the way, both the guy and the girl had attitudes with us every time we’ve gone there. It’s super frustrating to be told one thing after calling in. We were told they’d be free, so it’s expected that they will reserve a spot for us at that allotted time. Why are you working on another car when we booked you days ahead? It doesn’t make sense. Terrible place. Find another place to go it’s actually ridiculous how they get customers like this.
