  Someone called me saying they have to cancel my reservation cause they'll be closed but I was able to book the reservation online for that time. The person on the phone would not let me talk to a manager and suggested I come back another day. They did not offer any amount of assistance to try to help me. Will not be using this service provider again.

  The Enterprise desk at University Park Airport in State College is staffed by folks who are delightful and professional. The process for picking up and dropping off is smooth and quick.

  Renting cars never quite seems to be the seamless experience it should be, but Enterprise needs to up its game. If I'm a repeat customer/member who's reserved a car and secured it with a credit card, I should be able to grab keys and go, not wait in line for counter help for 45 minutes. I should be able to change a rental duration online--not have to call to do it.

  They have in policy they accept debit cards. They do not. Dont waste your time if you don't have a credit card. Drove an hr for nothing!!! So 2 hrs of our time was wasted as well as gas

  The service at Enterprise was great. Although there was some initial hiccups but in the end the representative named Satti at the ROC airport branch sincerely addressed all my concerns and helped me with my overall travel needs. 5 start because of him :) :) :)
