Owen, the branch manager, is phenomenal and clearly an outstanding leader. Michelle is also exceptional and always provides professional and helpful assistance. However, I recently called from Naples to arrange a rental for an emergent family issue here in PA and I had questions re a one way rental from RSW airport to SCE airport , and I spoke with a management trainee named Tyler. His conduct was absolutely unprofessional and not at all in line with the high standards I’ve come to know from this branch let alone the fact his answers were 100% INCORRECT as per Enterprise policies. He should not be placed in a customer-facing role, especially for clients seeking assistance. He does not fit the Enterprise model of management and is far, far off from their Mission nor does he know the company basics. Additionally, I’ve noticed discrepancies with my account points. I had 618 points when I logged in, but after that call, just returning to PA and logging in, my balance shows only 316 points. Considering my # of rentals over the last 12-18 months, I feel I’m being shortchanged on points. This is particularly concerning as I was planning to use them for an upcoming rental to visit Ellis Island. While the branch itself remains excellent thanks to Owen and Michelle, Tyler’s behavior and the points issue need immediate attention.
