  Had a piece of metal in my tire that they patched up and it was quick and easy! The guy at the front was super nice as well :)

  We got a flat tire on the PA Turnpike. Stopped at closest tire repair shop which happened to be Mavis Tire in King of Prussia. They plugged our tire, put it back on car, put spare and jack back in place and check air in all tires! All done in 20 minutes so we could get back on the road! Highly recommend!

  I took my car to Munro Muffler in Shillington on April 10, 2026. The store manager, Christopher Young, did not instill confidence from the moment I walked in. After doing my inspection I was told that the bearings in my left front wheel needed to be replaced, but that he would check around for the best possible price and give me a senior citizen discount of 10%. After quoting $900+ for replacing the bearings, I told him not to do the work. He returned my registration and proof of insurance, however those documents actually belonged to another customer. After straightening that out, he told me to bring my car back after the bearings were replaced and he would provide the inspection sticker. On April 21, 2026 I took my car to Jeff Penske GMC IN Shillington, where my car passed inspection with no additional work required. I can only surmise that Chris Young saw an elderly woman and attempted to take advantage of the situation. I am so glad I went with my instincts and declined their services. We consumers ask for honest work at a fair price but I do not believe that’s is what I was offered by Munro.

  Scenario: Driving home to VA from PA on a Sunday morning. Dreaded red battery light comes on... alternator about to die any second. I'm in big trouble.... gotta work early Monday. I roll in... THEY'RE OPEN. Holy Schnitzel, they saved the day. Chris, Manager- fantastic. 6 Stars for him. Above and beyond to say the least. Kind, transparent, knowledgeable and accommodating. Henry, Technician- amazing, knowledgeable, skillful and smooth. He's a seasoned vet and phenomenal. He saved the day!! I was sure my day was going to be a disaster, but it turned out to be a huge success because of those two Gentlemen. Thank you Chris & Henry! You're both huge assets to that company. Cheers!!!

  I’m a returning customer and visited twice in the same week for two different vehicles—one for inspection, brakes, and pads, and the other for alignment and tires. Both experiences were consistent and excellent. Communication was clear throughout, and the team took the time to explain the best options for the services needed. They also made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in the work being done. The new manager, Chris, really stood out—he’s personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He stepped in when needed to provide extra support with pricing and service questions, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my experiences. The entire team is welcoming and professional.
