The mechanic also went out of his way to save me about $250 on parts which was much appreciated (and I got a free cheese Danish). Altogether a great experience!

They did a curtesy inspection & found a few issues in my car. They ordered a part, which was delivered in a half hour. The man who worked on my car stayed an extra hour and a half to make sure everything was perfect. I waited in the lobby & it was a welcoming space. Thank you James & the Monroe sinking spring team members!

We didn’t realize how bad the tires were, so I called around and got some quotes and Monroe offered the best price.. Even better was Jason said that he’d be able to fit us in that same day. He was working the front desk and on vehicles so we understood why there was a little bit of a wait. The price was good and we had some good conversations with the other customers that we were waiting
