I get rang up with a total of $212 I nearly shit myself Never over $100 for an oil change, not one without a vacuum or car wash included. I didnt expect that here. I used to go to the jiffy lube in brookhaven for many oil changes before they closed. He found the problem was my air filter and cabin filter were changed as well. I said im sorry I didnt request for those. I can do them myself and they are not due. Please fix that. After a small exchange back and forth they replaced my original parts and told me it was a mistake from the customer before me. I got the routine $25 discount , but nothing for the inconvenience. It ended up being just under $110 in total. I will go a few extra miles to the wash and lube and pay less than $100 with tipping the workers to get the oil change car wash and vacuum. If I didnt know the cost of those things, and that they were just done they would have tried to get over. I stood firm. Other than that they were nice initially, and they were fast outside of my instance.

Arrived at 2:25 and pulled in behind another car waiting for service. After 15 minutes a employee came to my car and said they didn't think they would be able to get to me. I said I've been waiting 15 minutes already. He left and 5 minutes later another employee came out blaming it on management. At this time it still was only 2:45. Told the manager did not want to do my car or pay overtime. Clearly not wanting my business I left after wasting a great deal of time. I'd advise anyone to avoid this jiffy lube. Very poorly run. ******edit spoke to the manage Dan. He made the situation right. Appreciate his accountability!
