The technician was fantastic and although he said he couldn’t guarantee getting all the old broken glass out of the door body, I’m pretty sure he did. He was dedicated and professional. I was also really grateful for the timely and efficient service. My car was done in 45 mins. Half the time they had estimated. I will absolutely use this location in the future.

Waited around all afternoon for them and then got cancelled on. Called customer support to file a complaint, was told a manager would call back to get a new appointment soon, and was hung up on by customer support. NEVER heard back from anyone and was forced to reschedule an appointment for another four days later. They finally show up and the quote given was more than originally quoted so when asked for some kind of compensation for the wasted day and over a week long wait they gave a 25 dollar discount that was already available on their website… they run a terrible system that doesn’t care about your time and only cares about getting your money. Will not be using again.
