I asked for the initial measurment paperwork which was conveniently unable to be retrieved or re-printed. Furthermore, the "alignment" was a FRONT end alignment when I had explicitly expressed my concern was with the REAR end. After I left without the paperwork and told the cashier I will be disputing the charge with my bank the service manager called me about an hour later stating I would recieve a refund for the alignment via check in about 2 weeks. It is a shame this happened, I was a loyal customer to Reedman Toll for the past 4 years and even bought a vehicle there. To lose a customer over $200, hope it was worth it. Additionally, if you leave a bad review the manager will call you and harrass you about it!
