No greeting or anything when I got there, the waiting room chairs are so worn out out they look like they've been there since the location was first built, $120 (!) for an oil change is ridiculous and even with a coupon it felt like a rip off, they didn't refill my wiper fluid, and the mechanic got black grease all over my door handle, console and steering wheel. How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. I'd give it zero if I could. Avoid this dump.
