  This is my local enterprise branch and I must say I am lucky! I've rented from them several times now when my car decides it doesn't want to work. Each time has been a great experience! All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy!!! If you've ever rented from somewhere where they've tried to push 18 million $ add-ons and even used scare tactics (I have had some horror rental experiences when traveling), you know how valuable it is that this place is not pushy! Instead, they present your options in a clear, concise, non-bias and knowledgeable way. Each car I've rented, has driven really well and been nice and clean. I wish I could clone this branch and place them anywhere I'm traveling, so I could just rent from them. Highly recommend!

  We use Enterprise for traveling all the time but this location just gave us an SUV that has a strong smoke smell and cigarette burn hole on the front seat last night. I have 4 kids and the fact that they even put this car on the line to be rented is disgraceful to put anyone in this! We have a 4 hr drive to visit family today and have been coughing. We got coughing so much last night just driving to a hotel from SPG that one almost threw up. When my husband went back in and told them last night right when we opened the vehicle, they said they didn’t have another car and would take $129 off. It’s a $624 rental and it’s disgraceful of enterprise to even put us in this vehicle! They also had the audacity to tell us to go to Walmart on our trip and buy Ozium to help with the smell. So we are suppose to use our precious time with family for Christmas to try to fix their problem. If they had any decent customer service, they shouldn’t said don’t use that car, and set us up with another company if they didn’t have a car. Or when we arrive to family today, they should bring us a car and switch it out. Never use this location.

  Not sure my rental is related to insurance claim i'm getting better service than my previous experiences with enterprise. I was very skeptical at first but so far so good.

  ALERT - FRAUDULENT CLAIM AGAINST ME !!! I did not damage the vehicle !!! Stay away from this location. After returning the rental I received an email the next day from my insurance carrier that Enterprise had filed a claim stating that I returned the car damaged. I never even received a call from Enterprise about this issue. I immediately called Enterprise and spoke with Sydney (Branch Manager) who was of very little help. Unfortunately, I did not have photos/video of the vehicle at the time that I received it. So, no matter how long it takes be sure to take photos/video while the Enterprise representative is conducting the walk around. When I received the vehicle, the Enterprise representative conducted the walk around before handing the keys to me and when I returned the vehicle, the Enterprise representative conducted the walk around. On both occasions they stated that everything was okay (gas and condition of the vehicle). Shame on you Enterprise for taking advantage of me and the system. You've tarnished my driving record and will most likely cause an increase in my insurance rate. Your conduct is the true example of corporate greed and manipulation !!! It is not okay that you're able to file a claim against a customer after you've accepted the return of the vehicle. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. Shame on you !
