I purchased a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE AWD in January and had a mixed experience overall. While the vehicle is excellent, the process was far from seamless. I waited over two months after placing my order with very uncertain delivery timelines, despite my flexibility regarding color, trim, and seating. Furthermore, the dealership offered zero discount or courtesy flexibility on the MSRP, which did not leave me feeling valued as a long-term customer.
My experience with sales representative Teddy Brown was positive; he was professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. In fact, I have already recommended him to a colleague. However, the finance manager David Roush, who demonstrated poor customer service and a high-tempered, unprofessional attitude. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest that future customers request a different finance manager. While the car and the salesperson were great, the management and lack of amenities leave much to be desired.

I went here last week to look at a used toyota tundra. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 I showed up and was told the salesman assigned to me was with another customer while 4 other sales guys just stood there. They made me wait a half hour to see the truck, which was filthy inside, and not ready to be shown. Mind you this truck has been sitting on their lot for 7 months. I asked for the buy price and my trade in offer. The sales guy and manager just kept playing games. The first run back he just showed me what my payment would be and said this included “conicelli care” I said I never asked for that stop playing games give me the buy price and trade in price. Sales guy came back again with the payment and told me this time it included gap insurance. I was incredibly annoyed at this point and said with conviction BUY PRICE TRADE IN OFFER! He came back with a trade in offer that was laughable. I said give me the keys to my car I’m done. That’s when the manager came out and said I was insane for what I wanted. I told him it’s what another dealer offered me and it was 6k more than his offer. He gave me attitude and said good luck. I went to two other dealers this week sure enough one was 6k more than conicelli’s then I went to car max and they were 10k more than conicelli’s offer. In short DO NOT HERE their sales tactics are grimey and the manager was a real jerk. They were looking to bury me in negative equity when I had plenty of equity in my trade. Dealers like this are what is wrong with the car industry. Not even close to their sales pitch “a nice place to do business” no it’s a waste of time. I miss when Mr Conicelli was around this dealership is garbage now.

Amazing Experience. I had an outstanding time at this dealership this is my second time Paul Concetta the sales and leasing consultant who helped me, with Camry hybrid 2026 Went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free he worked hard to get me approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way His professionalism, Honesty and genuinely friendly attitude made huge difference. If you are looking for great costumer and team that truly cares definitely ask for Paul. I couldn’t be happier with my experience highly recommend!!

Purchasing my car was smooth, easy, and an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Paul C. was incredible ! He was warm and welcoming when I entered the dealership. He did not hesitate to show me the specks of the car and was quick and efficient with sharing any information I requested about the vehicle. He did this without being pushy, gave moments for my fiancé and I to look around before we returned with questions before leaving the dealership to review things. When I returned after New Year's Day and followed up with interest, Paul C. provided great follow up before entering the dealership on Friday. Before test driving the car, he answered all of my questions. What I loved the most, he was patient and honest. If he did not know an answer he would look it up or would be straight forward and share that he would get back to me with a response (and always did). I felt well taken care of, comfortable, and the experience of buying my first new car went well! Tom as well from finances was fantastic as well. He was personable, supportive, and helpful with the finalized process of the vehicle. Any questions I had , Tom was prepared to answer them and he was extremely helpful with his assistance throughout the paperwork process which I am very grateful for. I would recommend the Toyota Conicelli team and thank you Paul C. and Tom for making my experience of buying a new car not a stressful, but an exciting, smooth, and memorable one! I appreciate Paul also supporting from start to finish. They took my old vehicle to auction and applied the amount to my new car. He helped load my bags from my old car into my car, offered and filled the new car gas tank to drive off the lot with, and took a photo of me with my first new car before heading home. Like a lot of people who bought or leased during Covid, we overpaid on our vehicles. Production was low so prices were up... now that prices have returned to normal, I found myself owing more then what my truck was worth after my lease was up. Its a frustrating situation to finish a lease, be way under on mileage, have a flawless vehicle that still looks brand new... and have 0 equity in it for trade in.
I thought I was going to be stuck financing the remaining balance because trading in wasn't an option being upside down on vehicle worth.
Salesman Paul Santa Barbara and sales manager David Scott absolutely rescued me from this situation. I drove off in the Tundra i wanted, i got an incredible deal, and they threw in some added perks along with the truck for all the trouble and stress. I cant say enough great things about the dealership but i can say I'll be back for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you Conicelli Toyota of Springfield!!!
