The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable especially the salesperson, Fernando. There were no hidden costs or high-pressure tactics, just straightforward, honest service. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

  In search of a suv, I pull into Conicelli of Springfield. I'm immediately greeted with smiles and great vibes. My sales representative, Frenando, was knowledgeable about all the cars he showed me. Unfortunately, none of the cars i looked at was what i was looking for. Heading back to the showroom, I spot what would end up being my next car. I got a great deal on a trade in he after sale care has been just as great as the initial greeting. 5 stars, great job!

  I had a great experience at Conicelli Toyota in Springfield this summer when I purchased my 2025 black Toyota Camry. Fernando was amazing to work with, he was helpful, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions (I had many) and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the level of service I received.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Conicelli Toyota in Springfield. When I bought my vehicle, I was told I would receive five free services. I even showed them email proof confirming this, yet they refused to honor it after I used only three. On top of that, I was met with attitude and judgment from the service staff for choosing to do early oil changes on my 2025 GR86 (1,000-mile and 3,000-mile intervals) instead of waiting until 7,500 miles. It’s my car and my maintenance choice — there’s no reason for the condescending tone I received. To make things worse, when they parked my car after check-in, they left it on a hill with the handbrake not fully engaged and not in gear — which is careless and unsafe for a manual transmission. I refused service and took my car back. I’ve since scheduled maintenance with my trusted local Toyota dealer, who actually treats customers and their cars with respect. Would not recommend Conicelli Toyota Springfield for service — unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to honor their own promises.
