  Another disaster in the service dept and another day with no car. Today I sent my truck in for inspection, received a text early that my truck was checked in "great". I hear nothing all day, i check my missed calls at 5PM and as usual I have 20 spam calls. i notice one # is 3 times, unbelievably now they are calling on a spam line not texting as always or calling from an identifiable #. needless to say my car wasn't inspected blah blah. and then they quoted me $520 for a new tire installed, on their own website they don't have a tire that expensive for my vehicle. last time I brought it in for one of the 8 or so recalls I've had, after waiting 3 hours I was informed that I needed less than a half tank of gas and it was full so they couldn't do the work, no one thought to tell me that? Had to take another day off of work to get it fixed. I actually would have bought 4 new tires if i needed them and now this debacle so I wont. It seems no one cares or has a clue or both, I'm moving all my Toyotas service to teams I can't stand this anymore.

  I was in a market for a 2026 sienna 57k. I went there with my parents on a friday talked to a salesman named nick.. he had no knowledge of toyota products. Also I have a mid 700 credit score yet have the audacity to give me payment numbers of apr 7.9% 1500 a month with 15k down cash and a 10k trade in 2020 toyota sienna with 75k miles. While you sell one with 124k for 30k used on your lot.

  Great experience leasing the car until I tried to pay it off in full. A lot of misinformation, road blocks, and receiving daily harassing calls from Toytota financial who are asking for monthly payments on a balance when I paid off the vehicle 12 days ago. I paid you people in full please leave me alone so I can go on with my life. It’s amazing how you can pay something off completely and still get harassed for payments afterwards. The finance department doesn’t even have a note saying I gave the dealership a check. I have the signed paperwork and receipts, leave me alone. *Update, now after 16 days they buckled and finally sent the funds after I had to threaten filing complaints and a lawsuit. I could care less if other people use them, i will never deal with this nightmare of a dealership again. **New Update on day 20, Toyota Financial still has not cleared the check and my account still shows I owe $958.00. Can't wait until I am free and clear of anything to do with this dealership. 1.) Total number of harassing calls from Toyota financial asking for payments and late fees after I paid in full on April 8th: 18 calls, mostly around 8:30-9:00AM while im getting my kid ready for school. 2.) Total number of calls I made to the dealership to settle the issue and get them to forward the payment: 6 calls, 4 different employees including the manager. 3.) Certified Letter sent to dealership threating litigation: 1 4.) Email requests to fix the issue with Toyota Financial: 2 5.) Calls made to Toyota customer service department: 2 6.) Three way call between dealership and Toyota finance where the dealership promised to forward funds and didn't: 1 A great way to spend your time when your trying to raise a family.

  After a very frustrating start to this deal, I do want to give credit where it’s due. Rob, the General Manager, stepped in, was respectful, acknowledged the concerns, and worked to make the situation right. Once the deal was handled properly, everything suddenly became very simple. The car was delivered, the paperwork was completed in about 15 minutes, and the process was smooth and efficient. Which, frankly, makes it all the more obvious that the earlier chaos and shifting of the deal were completely unnecessary. I will give Ray credit for delivering the car after hours, although it is hard to ignore that he was also the one who changed the trajectory of the deal in the first place. Ultimately, Rob’s involvement changed the outcome for the better. I appreciate that he stepped in and made sure the dealership followed through. It was a good resolution, even if it took far more effort than it ever should have.

  I had a great experience working with John Zeng at Conicelli Toyota in Springfield. When I thought getting a new car might not be possible, John went above and beyond to make it happen. He worked hard to secure an excellent interest rate and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the extra time he took to make sure that I get all the information needed to know about warranty, protection plan and maintenance. He also walked me through setting up the apps and connecting my phone to the car—I left feeling confident and comfortable using all the features. I also want to thank his manager, Joey, and the entire team for their support and professionalism throughout the process. It’s clear they all work together to create a positive experience for their customers. I’m extremely happy with my new car and truly grateful for everyone’s help. Highly recommend working with John and the team at Conicelli Toyota!
