- JDJohn DJul 22, 20255.0Wentzel’s have worked on my RV several times and I find them to be very good and fair with their pricing. As a matter of fact, I have requested to change the radiator fluid and I was told I may be spending money unnecessary that it may bev premature to do it work at this time. Since my RV was used when I purchased it I figured it would be a good thing to flush out and change the radiator fluid. However in their opinion, the previous owner probably had changed it recently from what they could see and I should just hold off and not do it, so,they could have just done it without telling me what their opinion was instead, they saved me money.
- DMDEBORAH MAYESJun 26, 20251.0Just call someone else if broke down in the area! 11 miles away, but they claimed it was 30 (NTTS Breakdown and Google both confirm this) so they could charge an extra hour. So, they charged three hours, $450.00, to change a brake chamber! A part that we (have a truck garage as well as trucks) charge $78 for cost us $171 from them. Nice markup! Trucking company is tax exempt, but they refuse to refund the sales tax they charged us two days later, as it was too long ago. Shops like this are too eager to take advantage of your bad day. Gives everyone a bad name.

Called them out for a simple tire repair and they decided to add a 1 hour travel charge each way at $115 hour AFTER they completed the simple repair. Total charge of $334.60 to fix a tire with a nail in it. Highway Robbery!
