He told me online is not accurate and ask me to reschedule. So not professional. Don’t let metrics from corporate affect your behavior. Sales driven manager start rejecting business like it’s theirs.

They even calmed me down because I was a mess when I got there and I dont cry in public but I broke down when I got there because the shit warranty i got through enterprise car sales on byberry rd NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE BC THEY R SHIT. Needless to say Ray helped me so much and did a claim for me when he didnt have too, stayed on the phone with assurant and got the claim for me and made sure I didn't have to pay any out of pocket charges. And I even got the biggest hug from the grumpy guy lol bc i was sobbing when I got there n was told the couldn't help me,but they did! They both have huge hearts and respect people and will do what they have to do, to help ppl like me who can't catch a break. I appreciate them both and am so grateful for all the work they put in to help me plus make me stop crying and smile. Thank you Ray and Chris! Im telling everyone i know this mavis is the place to go for great service, and the work done on your car and you will be treated with respect! They both need raises too because of their dedication to their work and just being nice and helpful.
