Jesse, the person in charge, was incredibly unprofessional and showed zero respect. My father, who is older, was treated with complete disregard. Jesse was dismissive, uninterested, and frankly, rude until he realized we weren’t going to fall for his upsell pitch. Our vehicle had just gone through a state inspection a week ago, but Jesse tried to tell us there were all these major issues that needed immediate attention. It was clear he was just trying to make a sale. When we called him out on it, he lied and said, “Let me talk to my tech,” and gave some fake, half-hearted apology to cover his tracks. It was only when he was pushing additional services that he suddenly became “friendly” and started speaking more softly, trying to pull us in with sweet talk. It’s obvious this Mavis location only cares about squeezing extra money out of customers, not actually helping them. I will never bring my father or anyone else here again. If you want honest, professional service, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Mavis location and Jesse.

I had to leave because of the delay, which completely defeated the point of scheduling ahead. To make things worse, I overheard Jesse, the employee helping me, calling me a disrespectful name while talking to a coworker. That kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and really disappointing. I’ve never had any problems at the Mavis in Warrington, but this location clearly needs better management and accountability. I hope upper management sees this and has a serious talk with Jesse about how customers deserve to be treated.
