    Hed came in for dipstick issue, spoke with Tim, Tim was outstanding; He not only help me but he has a really good sense of humor, outstanding service for everyday people 💯

    Tim and Hayden did an outstanding job early last evening in replacing the old battery. The positive terminal connection had corroded itself onto the old battery post and they worked determinedly for a good 10-15 minutes and finally got it to break free without damaging anything, then kindly and proactively upgraded to the longer 3-year warrantied battery when they determined the 2-year battery wouldn't quite fit the battery tray area correctly. I'm pretty sure Tim was already supposed to be finishing up his work day but stayed extra and worked with Hayden to ensure everything was done with good quality and attentiveness. I and my son Nathan are very grateful to them for their excellent work and for adding extra value!

    Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Met w/ the store manager, Timothy to get advice on a car battery and a stop/start battery for my jeep. I had a lot of questions and Timothy was very eager to help answer them. He was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right info and product before selling it to me. I will definitely be going back to this store (Pittsburgh - Dormont) in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you Timothy and staff!

    Thanks to Ryan and Tyler at the AutoZone on West Liberty! They went above and beyond helping me replace my battery free of charge, even though their system couldn’t confirm my 2023 purchase was still under warranty. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this location!
