My vehicle would not start due to a dead battery in approximately 10° weather, and AAA was unable to assist because of the conditions. He went the extra mile when I later called the store for help after realizing I did not have the proper tools to complete the installation on my own. At his instruction, I brought my vehicle to the store after having difficulty installing it myself, where he braved the frigid temperatures to finish the installation while explaining the process to me as he worked. This experience reflects a consistent attitude of respect and exemplary customer service from all staff members I have interacted with at this location over the years. Their focus on customer service, attention to detail, and proactive assistance ensured my vehicle was safe and reliable, allowing me to get back on the road with no issues. This level of service has earned my loyalty to this location for years to come.
