  Went here after getting rear ended. Here is what I learned. Their Johnstown location is the busiest. Not all three of the locations have inspectors on site for all insurances. I can tell you the South Fork location has an Erie insurance inspector on site. This is important because things are supposed to move quicker this way. Was really impressed with knowledge of the staff. They knew all about my car and about the process I had to go through dealing with insurance. I hope never to need them again but if I do, I won't hesitate to come here.

  Owner is such a joke.... bigoted!! bless the gentleman on the phone who explained everything to me about my vehicle..

  This was my first time going through JMA and I couldn’t be happier. After a long horrible experience dealing with the insurances, the team at South Fork made it worth it especially Aiden. He was very pleasant and professional to work with! Thank you everyone at JMA!
