The staff might've been the most competent and helpful group of people I've ever had to do business with. They handled everything from insurance to the rental car, making the entire process very simple for me. Plus the work they did to my pickup looks terrific. If I was a business owner I'd try to poach their employees.

- MPMike PetrovichFeb 15, 20221.0Completely avoid. Took our car to this place because it was supposed to be the Insurance companies (Farmers) approved repair shop. The first repair the car came back was so bad, it put all the passengers at risk. Never in my life have I seen such a poor repair. Take it back, they supposedly fix it, now the vehicle makes numerous noises. Shop won't fix it. It was safer to drive after it was in a minor accident than after they repaired it. The insurance company said to take it to the dealer to be repaired right. Been messing with this for nearly a year, travel back and forth and its still not right. Never would recommend this place to anyone Update: After taking it to the dealer and seeing the work they did first hand, this company is a complete fraud and put people in absolute risk at their shoddy and dangerous repairs. Update #2: As a response to JMA's comments. I will be more than happy to post the first picture of their atrocious repairs. And then photos of their second repairs by another person. Note the welding and foam that they sprayed into it to try and keep it quiet and pass it off. The owner lied to me and said they looked it over and it was a strut and not their responsibility. Joe wouldn't even come to discuss it with me when I picked it up. Thankfully Farmers Insurance held them accountable and its being repaired correctly.

I was taking my car in a few days later when my son hit a deer on his commute to school. His car was not safe to drive so JMA squeezed him in and got his repaired quickly. We had to keep my car out so we had transportation, but the repairs to my sons car was done quickly and then mine was done. You can’t even tell that any damage was ever done to either car. Thanks JMA Collision 2 jobs well done. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
