- KMKyle MarkSep 25, 20251.0Stay far away from Intoxalock. If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with the Souderton service center was excellent. The staff there were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. None of my complaints are about them as they are not associated with Intoxalock other than doing installs and calibrations. The problems are with Intoxalock as a company. Their device repeatedly drained my car battery. Representatives gave me conflicting answers. One supervisor told me a suspicious text on my account did not come from Intoxalock, even called it a possible hacker and said DO NOT CLICK THE LINKS in the text. The very next day another representative insisted the message was from them. That kind of contradiction is unacceptable. Especially because if you go on the “Intoxalock” subreddit (not the official one) you will see all of the horror stories of dealing with this company. I suggest any and everyone check it out. In my opinion Intoxalock’s communication is unreliable, their customer support is inconsistent, and I do not and wouldn’t recommend anyone trusting them. I would never use their service again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They got on here and tried to pin it on the service center when the service center did everything they could to help me.
